Salary: 25,500 pre probation / 27,740 after completion of probation
Hours: 9am-7pm 4 on 4 off

You will be joining a vibrant and dynamic team in our warehouse in Emerson's Green. We are looking for someone with lots of enthusiasm with a desire to learn and succeed, a focused mind and a can-do attitude.
Key responsibilities for our Lead Supervisor:
- Ensure resource is aligned to workload to ensure we deliver a consistent excellent service
- Lead the daily hub huddle effectively communicating the requirements for the business that day
- First point of escalation for customer service or operational issue resolution
- Ensure that accurate and timely communication is always flowing with clients and the business
- Create an environment where the highest performance standards are maintained, and immediate interventions are made to correct all mistakes
- Hands on and leads by example to get the daily work done
- Identify training requirements, showing how to, coaching, practical help, direction, and expertise to support to the hub managers in their area
- Deputise for the Site Manager as and when needed to provide operational direction
- Coach, mentor, and act as a role model to Hub Supervisors to ensure optimum performance is achieved
- Promote and harness the Huboo culture, encouraging high performing employees through coaching and empowerment
Requirements
Key skills needed for our Warehouse Lead Supervisor:
- Experience of leading a successful high performing team
- Excellent coaching skills developing members of staff
- Experience of peer-to-peer coaching is advantage
- The ability to plan effectively to create maximum efficiency
- Problem solving skills in the moment and for long term issues
- High energy and the ability to motivate a team to perform to the best of their abilities
- A customer centric individual that always understands the customers situation and puts actions in place to ensure the customer is at the heart of everything we do
- A people focused individual that ensures the operational environment is a great place to work
