Scrum Master

We are looking for a passionate and driven Scrum Master to work with one of our client-side Scrum Teams in the water sector.

You will foster a transparent environment where teams are empowered to produce usable increments each sprint, inspect the results and adjust for future sprints based on their observations.

Accountabilities:

• Establish Scrum as defined in the Scrum Guide
• Help everyone understand Scrum theory and practice, both within the Scrum Team and the organization
• Coach team members in self-management and cross-functionality
• Help the Scrum Team focus on creating high-value Increments that meet the Definition of Done
• Cause the removal of impediments to the Scrum Team’s progress

• Enable the Scrum Team to improve its practices, within the Scrum framework
• Ensure that all Scrum events take place and are positive, productive, and kept within the Timebox
• Help find techniques for effective Product Goal definition and Product Backlog management
• Help the Scrum Team understand the need for clear and concise Product Backlog items
• Help establish empirical product planning for a complex environment

• Facilitate stakeholder collaboration as requested or needed
• Remove barriers between stakeholders and Scrum Teams

Requirements

• An Agile mindset is a must
• An in-depth understanding of Scrum is a must

• Strong people skills are a must
• Previous experience working as a Scrum Master
