Software Engineer - 12 month Internship
Are you a computer science/computer engineering student ideally about to complete your second year of university looking for an exciting and challenging 12 month internship opportunity? As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work on various projects and gain hands-on experience in the field of software engineering. You will collaborate with experienced software developers, designers, and project managers to develop and implement software solutions that meet business needs. There are exciting projects in robotics, cloud, and AI to select from and potentially the opportunity to get some experience in each of these areas.

Responsibilities:
Apply knowledge gained in computer science and related courses to real-world problems.
Analyse information and evaluate results to choose the best solution to effectively solve problems.
Develop applications (using C#/.NET or other suitable languages/frameworks) to solve problems.
Develop scripts to automate routine tasks. • Support a productive and innovative team. This includes working with more experienced colleagues, managers, and teams.
About you and your skills:
Currently pursuing a degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field
Solid understanding of programming fundamentals and experience with C#
Familiarity with the .NET and related technologies (e.g., ASP.NET, Entity Framework, etc.)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with software development tools (e.g., Git, JIRA, Visual Studio, etc.) is a plus.
Evidence of interesting personal software projects would be a plus.
