What’s it all about?
Working across varied digital and creative projects, the creative team, development and Technology departments. Your main priority is to make sure all projects are briefed on time and all deadlines are tracked and met and stay on budget. You will have the opportunity to sit around the table with some of the world’s leading brands and create beautiful experiences for OMM.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Work closely with all the internal amp; external teams to hit the deadlines.
- Build briefs for the internal teams, organise to-do lists, logistics and overall project coordination.
- Prepare presentations both internal and client-facing.
- Create meeting reports and recaps, from internal and external meetings.
- Manage and ensure project builds in particular for retail hit their hard deadlines.
- Working with different agencies and building relationships with the other project managers from our partners. You will lead and inspire them from a technology and creative standpoint.
Requirements
Essential skills
- 3+ years experience in digital project management or working with creative teams.
- Experience of working in digital or advertising agencies, or for brands themselves.
- An enthusiastic project manager with the drive to make every project better than the last, strive to push things to a higher level and not be afraid to ask questions.
- Hands-on during retail builds, location shoots or as needs require.
- Loves pushing boundaries in Creative, Digital amp; Technology.
- Experience working with software such as Adobe Suites (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
- Clear and open communication skills, and good use of the different internal project management tools (Basecamp or other tools).
- A non-9 to 5 mentality, (be aware that there are some nights that need to be worked when we do in-store launches).
Desirable skills
- Previous experience in experiential projects and/or retail builds.
- Agile working methodologies.
- Ability to estimate work for yourself and the team.
- Copywriting skills, for storyboards, social media, websites etc.
- Knowledge of 3D programs (Cinema4d, Sketchup).
- Knowledge of the latest technological advances as well as technology.
- Ability to communicate in different languages.
- Programming skills.
- Ability to build prototypes.
