We have an opportunity for a Finance Administrator to join our Finance team based in the North East. This role will be supporting the finance function for one of Civica's saas business areas.
Main Duties:
- Liaising with customers to resolve cash queries
- Cash collection
- Raising credit notes and order amendments
- Raising invoices
- Working with revenues team to resolve queries with contracts
- Supporting other members of the Finance team as requires
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent communications skills
- Able to work using own initiative
- Excellent team working skills
- Excellent numeracy amp; analytical skills
- Good Excel skills
- Confident in dealing with customers
