Our client, a well-established family run drainage business on the Wirral, is now looking to expend their team and recruit a Site Supervisor.

Salary: 38,000 plus shift allowance

Location: Based in Birkenhead/Liverpool and across the UK (some travel will be required)

Key Responsibilities

• Supervising teams and assume responsibility for all aspects of drainage.
• Creating and managing a full crew to meet business and budget requirements.
• Responsible for ensuring compliance with Company safe operating procedures and adherence with site safety rules.
• Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of all company equipment and accessories on site.
• Carry out all job tasks assigned by senior members of staff in a safe and effective manner.
• Accountable for upholding company’ values and commitments to health and safety to all team members.
• Provide guidance and where applicable training to staff.
• Travel to and working at various locations around the UK required with flexibility of working away from home, night time working and weekend working.
• Training of the crew and other employees of the client to consistently meet the needs of the business or any contracts.
• Delivering contract completion on time and on/within budget.
• Ordering of Material and Supplies.
• Maintain accurate and clear documentation for operational procedures and activities.
• Report to internal management team for regular updates and progress meetings.
• Ensuring Productivity levels are maintained and met.

Preferred certification in the following:

• Full UK drivers licence
• Drainage experience
• CSCS Desirable
• HPWJ/Confined space/Manual Handling/First Aid/Streetworks certificates desirable

• Must be willing to travel nationally
