Treasury and Cashflow Analyst

SUPERVISION

Reports to and works under the administrative supervision of the Finance Manager, epay UK.

SUMMARY

Responsible for managing UK cashflow, and treasury related accounting entries. Ad-hoc accounting duties / support.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

Treasury Function

• Cashflow management for the UK
• Prepare and gather information for long term and short-term cash flow forecast along with monthly variance analysis.
• Submit daily DD collection files to the bank.
• Receipt postings and allocations for UK and support to other entities
• Working with the credit team to manage the aged debt.
• Bank Reconciliations
• Reporting to senior leaders on a weekly basis
• Assist the intercompany process, sending invoices and posting journals
• Ensure department compliance with processes and policies and ensuring that all process and contingency manuals are updated on a regular basis
• Work and build a relationship with corporate treasury who administer our banking platforms.
• Provide Audit support for both internal and external audits.

Other

• Other duties, special projects, and special reporting as assigned
• Implementation of process improvements

Requirements

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS

• Understanding of general accounting and finance concepts
• Experience of accounting ledgers and reconciliations
• Works well within a team or on an individual basis
• Self Motivated and ability to lead projects
• Experience of a multi-currency environment / US company
• AAT desirable
