About the role:

Reporting into the Head of People and Culture, this brand new role is central to Houst's dynamic growth phase. With a primary emphasis on recruiting for the Technology function and mid-to-senior-level positions, you'll take charge of the complete recruitment process, collaborating closely with hiring managers to grasp their requirements and drive our development. This exciting position not only allows you to significantly influence our success, but also offers the chance to evolve within a dedicated and forward-thinking team.


Responsibilities:


  1. Work alongside the Head of People and Culture to craft and execute cutting-edge talent acquisition strategies that align with the company's overarching goals and objectives.
  2. Forge strong partnerships with hiring managers to gain insights into current and future hiring needs, job requirements, and our unique company culture.
  3. Oversee the entire recruitment process, from posting engaging job ads to screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers with top candidates.
  4. Spearhead employer branding initiatives that elevate our company's reputation as a sought-after employer in the industry, including a revamp and launch of our career site.
  5. Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline to meet the company's ongoing and future recruitment needs.
  6. Proactively identify and connect with high-caliber candidates through a variety of sourcing channels, including social media, job boards, referrals, and networking events.
  7. Collaborate with hiring managers to craft accurate and enticing job descriptions that effectively convey the responsibilities and requirements of each role.
  8. Continuously refine recruitment processes and tools to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and an outstanding candidate experience.
  9. Utilize data-driven recruitment metrics to evaluate the success of talent acquisition strategies and guide decision-making.
  10. Keep track of candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and provide regular updates to hiring managers.
  11. Foster strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and other partners to ensure access to exceptional talent.
  12. Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to talent acquisition and human resources.
  13. Develop and manage the recruitment budget, optimizing resources and aligning with the company's financial goals.

Requirements

  1. A solid 4+ years of in-house recruitment experience, preferably within high-growth or start-up environments.
  2. Expertise in technical recruitment, showcasing a knack for finding top talent in the field.
  3. A keen eye for talent and a natural intuition for identifying candidates who excel both in skills and cultural fit.
  4. Bonus points for international recruitment experience, expanding your reach and adaptability.
  5. Comprehensive knowledge of various recruitment channels and tools, including LinkedIn, job boards, and Applicant Tracking Systems.
  6. Stellar interpersonal and communication skills that shine in both written and verbal interactions.
  7. Proven experience designing and executing talent acquisition strategies in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  8. Impressive organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities with ease.
  9. Demonstrated expertise in building and maintaining robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  10. A track record of success in recruiting and hiring candidates across various roles and industries.
