Key duties and responsibilities
The main role of the Client Executive Manager is to coordinate a small team of Client Executives who provide effective and efficient day-to-day support to the financial advisers within the practice. The role will include building both team and client relationships and regular communication with all stakeholders, amongst other administrative tasks. Previous experience in a financial services environment would be beneficial.
Experience/Requirements
This is a busy role, so you must be pro-active, be great at organising your work and time, have a great ‘can-do’ attitude. You will need to demonstrate excellent communication and leadership skills and be an excellent team player. We also embrace the use of technology; so, you must have excellent IT knowledge in MS Office products. Training will be given in all our systems, and all we ask for is a positive attitude towards learning new things.
