What you are accountable for:

The Senior Media Account Manager is accountable for managing the client relationship for media-specific clients. The role will manage client engagements, triage communication and direct to the appropriate member of the Media team. There is responsibility for growing the relationship with media clients to deliver an extraordinary customer experience.

What you are responsible for:

  • Review incoming briefs from clients to ascertain what has been provided vs. what’s missing, ensuring we have everything to hand prior to media planning commencing.
  • Work with third-party vendors / publishers to obtain projections based on an approved brief from client services.
  • Activate and manage campaign tactics such as content syndication and publisher ad buys.
  • Meticulously check vendor orders with client brief to ensure accurate delivery.
  • Explore the vendor landscape, identify potential new partners on an ongoing(campaign by campaign) basis to strengthen and enhance our media offering.
  • Manage and facilitate the fulfilment of lead delivery files in accordance with GDPR policies.
  • Ensure the leads being delivered match the targeting criteria within the campaign brief.
  • Contribute and support client services team in building out media briefs, proactively asking the right questions to minimize the overall lead time to go-to market.
  • Attend and contribute to client calls/meetings, where media input and guidance is required.
  • Take note of and communicate any media specific action items to the team post client calls.
  • Maintain established client relationships from a media management standpoint (i.e. client working with media team directly).
  • Support the day-to-day relationship with the client by delivering reports, managing activity on budget and within the agreed timelines.
  • Take ownership of the media element of project setup.
  • Work with the project management organisation to ensure all media planning and supporting documentation are correctly processed via our internal systems.
  • Be an effective extension of the team, helping bridge the gap between media and client services.
  • Support the wider media team in ensuring tasks / actions are on-track to be completed, and where necessary, proactively flagging any items that are at risk.• Build strong working relationships within the agency, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of project progress, timelines, and updates.
  • People management, always ensuring healthy team spirit of co-operation and efficiency.
  • Ensure quality control through supervision and stimulation to ensure the best solutions are always presented to client challenges.
  • Focus on generating new ideas to share across the agency.

Requirements
