The Product team is currently looking for a skilled individual to grow with the organization, managing stakeholders across verticals and setting up the right priorities for delivering on both short- and long-term initiatives.

Reporting directly to the VP of Product Management, this person will provide leadership, define the solution that will enable HICX to best serve new and existing customers by creating best-in-class solutions.

This person will support the global product roadmap in the form of both running multiple initiatives across verticals to deliver different facets of the product and analyzing the data in the system to provide HICX leadership with key insights on how to improve the product and deliver value to our customers.

We are thrilled to announce this exciting role as Technical Product Owner (TPO) for the Integration Enabling product team. As Product Owner, you will be able to create great value by contributing with your own innovative ideas. The Integration Enabling Product is responsible for ensuring that the Product Teams can take ownership of their integrations through cloud and API transition.

In your role as a Product Owner, you will belong to the Integration Enabling Team. The product mission is enabling the product, implementation, customers, and partner teams to take ownership of their integrations through no-and low code components.

The Product Owner will take end-to-end ownership of Squad goals, set the product roadmap, and drives value realization by translating the voice of the customer into product features.

Position Overview

• Set ambitious and clear product mission and OKRs and translate these into a prioritized roadmap and team backlog that drive agreed KPIs
• Lead a team of engineers to execute and deliver value
• Together with the Workflow and the Data team, drive the No Code objectives enabling product, implementation, customers, and partners to own their integrations
• Ensure the right competence in the team to enable the mission and new technology that are in the roadmap from an integration perspective
• Manage the Product backlog and stories and ensure a clear communication to the team on prioritization
• Work with leadership to break out concepts into user stories, detailed specifications and requirements and acceptance criteria that are clear, precise, and engineering-ready
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of the developments of integration principles and integration solutions
• Drive strategic changes within the integration, events, and API space

• Understanding API amp; integrations ecosystem and capabilities
• Experience with different integration platforms and integration patterns
• Familiar with APIs and Event driven Architecture and how to implement this on a large scale in an Enterprise
• Deep understanding of commonly used middlewares like Mulesoft, Boomi,..
• Experience with product management and translating needs and pains into re-usable and automated integration solutions
• Strong agile mindset and skilled in planning, prioritizing, execution, and follow-ups with cross-functional teams
• Ability to get it done at scale while at the same time ensuring a fun, inclusive and healthy environment
