warehousing capabilities – effectively reducing the item picking and despatching time by 50%.

During my time at the Fairpoint Group, a financial services business, I successfully delivered a software platform migration
for the IVA Case Management System.
The key to the successfully delivery on time was the adoption of agile framework – I ensured continuous assessment of all
deliverables to keep the focus on the essential requirements only.
My day to day running of the project included daily scrums/stand-ups during the development & testing phases, weekly
project meetings, senior stakeholder management via steering meetings and highlight reporting whilst maintaining a
working relationship with the external development partners.
