We're on the search for a Retail Sales Manager to lead and coach our retail sales team to drive exceptional standards and service to all our retailers. This is field based role that spans the East such as Cambridge, Peterborough and Norwich areas. You will be managing a team of 8 Retail sales executives. We are looking for candidates to live and travel within the territory. The role typically has 3 days in the field.

How you'll make a difference
You will be coaching and supporting the Retail Sales Executives to deliver team KPIs and objectives to ensure we maximise commercial objectives and exceptional levels of support and service. You will also be delivering wider initiatives on behalf of the Divisional Sales Manager.
Overall, the Retail Sales Manager role focuses on driving sales performance, executing retail strategies, and ensuring strong engagement and support for retailers in the National Lottery ecosystem.
