Role overview
- Sourcing, screening and closing top-tier European SaaS Sales talent for our awesome partners in the Uk and across Europe, specifically SDRs and Account Executives.
- You’ll be working directly with client stakeholders, embedded as part of their TA team
- Make data work for you monitor and analyse recruitment data. Turning findings into actionable insights.
- Own the recruitment process end-to-end for your assigned roles.
- Ensure an awesome candidate experience.
Requirements
Essential
- Proven track record of hiring within SaaS Sales / GTM teams.
- Strong candidate relationship management
- Strong stakeholder management
- Sourcing expertise
- In-house or RPO experience
- UK or European market experience
Beneficial
- Experience recruiting for fast-scaling tech companies
- Familiarity with the latest sourcing techniques and tools
