A quick look at the role
The Lamp;D Coordinator provides centralised administrative support to the wider Lamp;OD team based across the UK. You will be responsible for a wide range of administration activities including the coordination of all centralised courses, maintaining our learning management system 'Know How' and supporting the Driver Academy programme.

Your core responsibilities
- Plan, promote and administer all Lamp;OD programmes with a strong focus on delivering excellent customer service
- Provide administrative support for those responsible for training across the business, liaising with external training providers and certified bodies as required and managing the central learning inbox
- Ensure accurate, detailed training records are maintained
- Ensure the relationships between the Lamp;OD function, internal stakeholders and external suppliers are positive and productive
- Proactively contribute to, and implement, internal Lamp;OD process improvement with a key focus to utilise Know How
- Producing ad-hoc and regular training reports via Know How
- Support the Driver Academy Programme across Biffa including coordinating the Driver LGV Training Programme and issuing, and managing responses to, Driver Exit Surveys

Our essential requirements
- Previous administrative experience
- Confident with all Microsoft applications including Outlook, Excel and Word
- Ability to communicate confidently and effectively at all levels
- Resilient with the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Well organised with excellent attention to detail
