About the role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to develop and implement sourcing and employer branding techniques that will help us recruit talented employees. As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will provide a talent attraction and recruitment service. From forecasting hiring needs to sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interview and selection procedures; and collaborating on an onboarding experience that fosters an engaging high-performance culture. This role provides a real opportunity to extend your skills and career in a supportive environment.

Reporting to the new Head of People, this unique opportunity will enable you to hone your experience and expertise, as together you will shape the Talent Acquisition strategy, plans and platform. You will be working with an international and highly motivated team in a fast-growing company.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Head of People on building the Talent Acquisition strategy, Employee Value Proposition and hiring forecasts
  • Lead employer branding initiatives and presence on job boards
  • Develop and deliver the full-cycle recruitment activities
  • Prepare quarterly and annual hiring plans
  • Advertise roles and source candidates through online channels and professional networks
  • Review job applications to identify high-potential candidates
  • Coach and advise team leaders on recruitment and selection practices
  • Liaise with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, position expectations, selection process and candidate assessment
  • Craft job offer letters
  • Manage the applicant tracking system and track key recruiting KPIs
  • Manage 3rd party suppliers
  • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidate

Requirements

  • HR/Organisational Psychology degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager, Consultant, Recruiter or similar role
  • Experience of sourcing within Pharma/Medical Information, Data or Technology sectors is essential
  • A mix of internal recruiter and agency experiences would be advantageous
  • Comfortable working and adapting in a fast-paced, ever changing environment
  • Deep understanding and experience of managing full-cycle recruitment processes
  • Familiarity with social media, resume databases, job boards, professional networks and applicant tracking systems
  • Experience of leading an organisation’s online presence
  • Experienced in interviewing candidates and organising selection and assessment activites
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Self- starter with the ability to multitask and prioritise daily workload togehter with associated organisational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of UK employment legislation essential
