Reporting into the Global Marketing Officer, and liaising very closely with Education other areas of the organisation. This is a hugely exciting role working in a cutting-edge sector of the med tech space. This role is responsible for managing key strategic accounts and its key opinion leaders, and you will be working closely with sales, marketing, education and product.

The key focus of this role is to connect key accounts and KOL’s and drive innovation in the delivery of digitalized education. It is to deliver key strategic initiatives that support the development of education, sales and product evolution. A hugely important role in connecting customers with the power of Proximie.

Requirements

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Position Functions:

To deliver: -

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key hospital stakeholders
  • Leverage key stakeholder relationships to maximise the commercial viability of each account
  • Manage customer requirements effectively, and where appropriate improve and increase the scope of the product offering they are utilising
  • Helping our customers deliver their innovative solutions by developing new amp; existing relationships
  • Seeking new solution based business opportunities
  • Creating amp; implementing a strategic account educational strategy
  • Collaboration with Account Management leadership to define a territory-wide commercial and logistical strategy
  • Supporting the education, sales, technical amp; marketing teams for international key account customer requirements.
  • Understanding the best fit for Proximie’s technologies in the growing global needs
  • Working closely with product and marketing to collate and communicate KOL feedback to the business
  • Manage and deploy new product research and development with on-site testing of Proximie’s emerging technology
  • 5 years customer facing working with key accounts and key opinion leaders
  • 3 years of sales experience preferred
  • Experience of on-site work with global customers understanding and mapping the stakeholders together with the political nuance of cross surgical theatre departments.
  • A track record of delivering or exceeding sales plans
  • Proof of creating and implementing strategic account strategy
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal communications skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable in working in an autonomous environment
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines
  • Strong industry and process knowledge related to marketing of therapeutics and medical devices
  • Ideally comfortable in
