We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Senior Manager to lead our EMEIA Talent Acquisition team. The role will report to the VP, Global Head of Talent amp; Communications.
The Talent Acquisition Manager EMEIA will lead the Talent Acquisition Partners, talent acquisition recruitment strategy, programs, and initiatives in the EMEIA region. This includes overseeing the delivery of recruitment services across our EMEIA locations and more as we continue to grow.
What are we looking for?
  • Lead a team of 6-9 Talent Acquisition Partner across various countries in EMEIA.
  • Define and implement recruitment plans with the Talent Acquisition Partners, addressing key areas of the business, both functional and geographic, and their specific hiring needs
  • Manage and inspire the Talent Acquisition team to deliver outstanding results while effectively communicating the critical dimensions of the recruiting strategy and ensuring tight alignment with our agreed hiring plans
  • Develop and implement key performance metrics for the Talent Acquisition function in EMEIA, tracking and reporting activities on regular basis to the leadership team
  • Deliver against aggressive hiring numbers in a fast-paced and rapidly changing recruiting environment
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines for current and future hiring demands, understanding business/geographic plans and trends
  • Build processes for consistency and efficiency with appropriate tailoring for local market differences, whether legal or cultural
  • Align with Global Talent Acquisition Operations, leveraging processes, employer branding and other templates created
  • Ensure a positive candidate and hiring manager experience and positive touchpoints at all stages of the recruitment process using analytics to measure tangible improvements
  • Partner closely with HR team and the leadership team to capture feedback on talent needs and business goals, ensuring fast and effective hiring to support new growth and backfill hiring
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives in all aspects of Talent Acquisition and proactively contribute to initiatives within HR and the business
  • Represent the organization internally and externally as a key Talent Acquisition contact on significant initiatives
  • Recruit a small number of higher-level positions, as needed
Essential Skills and Experience
  • 7 years+ of Talent Acquisition experience
  • Minimum 5 years leading a Talent Acquisition team
  • University degree required
  • Demonstrable experience leading Talent Acquisition in multi-country/global teams
  • Proven ability to build, lead, develop, and retain Talent Acquisition professionals
  • Experience interacting with and influencing senior management, effectively representing the Talent Acquisition team at a senior level
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to take initiative and build strong, collaborative relationships
  • Comfortable rolling up your sleeves to get things done in tandem with creating and executing complex recruiting strategies
  • Strong business acumen; understands and demonstrates an understanding of the business, priorities, opportunities, and challenges
  • Hands-on experience with various recruitment technologies including but not limited to applicant tracking systems and social media platforms
  • Comfortable managing ambiguity and navigating through geographically dispersed stakeholders.
  • Outstanding written and verbal skills in English and other European languages are a plus
