About the People Team at Just Global

The People Team plays an integral role in the delivery of Just Global’s mission. It does this by supporting and aligning with the organization’s business strategy and objectives and through the creation and roll out of policies, processes, and programs that enhance each teammate’s experience of working at Just Global.

What you will be accountable for:

As Just Global’s Global Head of People Enablement you will be accountable for architecting, implementing, and evaluating the effectiveness of all global learning and development and employee experience programs. In doing so you will bring Just Global’s employer value proposition to life in real and meaningful ways for teammates across the globe. Your mantra for your work will be globally-consistent and locally-lived.

In this role you will report into the global Chief People Officer and will collaborate closely with the global Head of People Operations, the People Operations team, and you will partner with global and regional leadership in order to execute your accountabilities and responsibilities.

What you’ll be responsible for:

Employee Onboarding

  • Creating an industry-leading employee onboarding experience that enables Just Global to attract and demonstrably upskill new talent consistently, at scale, globally
  • Collaborating with the People Operations team to ensure the employee onboarding program is being successfully and consistently implemented across the regions

Learning and Development

  • Design and implement a talent development framework that builds teammates’ capabilities in what we do [i.e., technical know-how] and how we do it [i.e., interpersonal behavior and relationship management].
  • Design, deliver, and evaluate the effectiveness of learning experiences and/or partner with 3rd party training suppliers to do so. Roll out all learning experiences having gained buy-in and engagement from appropriate global and regional leadership.
  • Develop a community of internal peer trainers [i.e., teammates who have been specifically trained in how to design, structure, and deliver training programs within their discipline].
  • In collaboration with People Operations and the regional leadership establish an entry-level cross-channel recruitment and development program

Inclusion amp; Belonging

  • Collaborate with the Head of People Operations to articulate a global Belonging Strategy that enables inclusion and belonging at a regional level for all teammates

Employee Experience

  • Partner with People Operations and Marketing on the articulation and implementation of Just Global’s employment brand
  • In conjunction with the Head of People Operations, own Just Global’s Employer Value Proposition.
  • Coach, advise, and partner with leaders around the world to enable them to bring Just Global EVP to life in their interactions and behaviors.
  • Work with global and regional leadership to ensure organizational change is managed in line with Just Global’s values and lands in an engaging way with teammates

Employee Listening

  • In collaboration with the Head of People Operations, curate and implement our approach to employee listening, ensuring the data can be owned by, and action can be taken by, the relevant business leaders
