About the People Team at Just Global
The People Team plays an integral role in the delivery of Just Global’s mission. It does this by supporting and aligning with the organization’s business strategy and objectives and through the creation and roll out of policies, processes, and programs that enhance each teammate’s experience of working at Just Global.
What you will be accountable for:
As Just Global’s Global Head of People Enablement you will be accountable for architecting, implementing, and evaluating the effectiveness of all global learning and development and employee experience programs. In doing so you will bring Just Global’s employer value proposition to life in real and meaningful ways for teammates across the globe. Your mantra for your work will be globally-consistent and locally-lived.
In this role you will report into the global Chief People Officer and will collaborate closely with the global Head of People Operations, the People Operations team, and you will partner with global and regional leadership in order to execute your accountabilities and responsibilities.
