Due to our exciting and rapid growth we have an immediate opportunity for a Technical Talent Partner / Technical Recruiter to join ITG on a permanent basis to assist with the expansion of our technical teams in the UK. The role can be offered on a fully remote basis in the UK, where you will be responsible for hiring best in class Software Engineers, Marketing Automation Experts as well as Implementation Consultants.to name a few!
Working as a Technical Talent Partner for TeamITG is exciting, where no two days will ever be the same and being able to keep up with the changing priorities will keep you engaged and fulfilled. You like working on lots of different requirements simultaneously and you can juggle conflicting priorities seamlessly. No vacancy has a defined time limit, so you’ll be responsible for filling it with quality candidates as quickly as you can; you’ll take pride in delivering above and beyond expectations without having defined parameters.
We are looking for an individual with 3-5 years technical recruitment experience, ideally gained in a mixture of agency and end client environments, who is motivated to join a brilliant Talent team, who are focussed on collaborating to ensure we deliver the highest standards to our hiring teams.
Reporting into our Talent Acquisition Manager - Tech, you will become an integral part of ITG's wider Talent Acquisition function, and as well on delivering on live requisitions, you will also have the opportunity to work with other team members on strategic initiatives throughout the year.
Responsibilities:
- Manage, guide and organise candidates through the hiring process from start to finish across technical requirements
- Guide hiring teams through the approval and recruitment process
- Delight, deliver and manage stakeholder expectations at every step of the recruitment process, from briefing call to start date
- Pro-actively source the best talent available in the market
- Promote ITG’s values to prospective applicants, ensuring you create a positive candidate experience
- Arrange and coordinate interviews with candidates and stakeholders
- Guide candidates through their interview journey with ITG
- Manage and negotiate offers
- Accurately input data into our ATS (Workable)
Being a Technical Talent Partner / Technical Recruiter, you also recognise there’s a need to work outside normal hours from time to time as candidates aren’t always contactable during work hours.

- You have gained 3-5 years agency / client-side recruitment experience
- You are passionate about technology and can confidently hold screening calls with experienced software engineers
- First class stakeholder management skills
- You have a positive attitude and a strong work ethic
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal are a must
- You can work at a pace with the ability to manage and balance multiple and often conflicting priorities
- You have a customer-service mindset, being passionate about the delivery of quality candidates, striving to do this 100% of the time
