• You’ll build and lead our people function from the ground up. Primary amongst your responsibilities will be to scale our team from 20 to 120 employees by the end of the year. Your key responsibilities will include:
• Developing and executing a comprehensive hiring strategy to attract and recruit top talent.
• Creating detailed hiring plans and setting clear goals and KPIs, to which you will hold yourself and your team accountable.
• Implementing scalable, efficient recruitment processes and systems to support our aggressive growth plan.
• Establishing a strong employer brand and promoting Spotted Zebra as an employer of choice within the tech and startup community.
• Overseeing and managing the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all new joiners.
• Developing and implementing robust people operations processes, including performance management and employee engagement.
• Acting as a strategic partner to the leadership team, providing valuable insights and guidance on people and culture matters.

Requirements

• Proven experience scaling a tech startup from seed/series A to Series B and beyond, with a strong understanding of the unique challenges of scaling startups.
• Demonstrated success in building and implementing scalable recruitment processes and systems.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
