Key Responsibilities include Month-end processing, Credit Card Reconciliation, Credit Control, and set-up of new clients and suppliers. Responsibilities- Assisting with month-end and year-end closing - Assisting with updating the cashflow forecasting - Credit Card Reconciliations for designated companies. - Credit Control amp; Reporting for designated companies. - Raising Monthly Sales Invoicing for Various Revenue Streams - Creating Sales Ledger Accounts amp; Sending Welcome Emails. - C

Responsible for the monthly production of the Pamp;Ls and the integrity of the data supporting the results. Responsibilities- Responsible for the agency billing, inclusive Paid media reconciliations, Projects and DoubleClick. - Responsible for reconciling and reporting GP analysis - Oversee all purchase ledger transactions. - Approval of cashbook reconciliations and exchange variances - Manage agency cashflow and credit control - Manage Payroll, bonuses and commissions, in conjunction

Primarily responsible for the assistance in preparation of Jellyfish statutory accounts, tax compliance, year end consolidation and monthly tasks outlined below, providing regular feedback to the VP of Financial Accounting.To be considered for this position, you must speak fluent English and have UK GAAP/FRS experience.
